本技术条件规定了CRH系列定型动车组用电线电缆（3.6kV及以下）的技术要求、检验方法、检验规则、寿命要求、标识、运输与储存要求等。用于指导CRH系列动车组用电线电缆的设计、制造、检验、试验和认证。

This technical condition stipulates the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, life requirements, identification, transportation and storage requirements of the wire and cable (up to and including3.6kV) for CRH series stereotyped EMUs. It is used to guide the design, manufacture, inspection, test and certification of CRH series EMUs.
